AjM Electrical Solutions Inc. ("AjM", "we" or "us") operates this website and serves Greater Sudbury and surrounding communities in Ontario. These terms explain website use and project inquiries. They are not an agreement to perform electrical work.
2. Inquiries, estimates and bookings
Sending an inquiry starts a conversation. It does not confirm a booking, authorize work, settle a price or require you to buy services. We may need more details or a site visit before preparing an estimate. An appointment is confirmed only when we confirm it with you.
The scope, price or rate, payment arrangements, timing, warranties and cancellation terms belong in the applicable estimate, work authorization or service agreement. That document governs the job, subject to applicable law. Changes to work or charges require the authorization called for by that agreement and the law.
"Send Quote Request" sends your details for email delivery to AjM; a website confirmation does not mean we have reviewed or accepted the job. "Copy Details" only copies text to your clipboard. Please call if you have not heard back.
Provide accurate contact and project information, tell us about relevant changes, and ensure you have authority to authorize work on the property.
3. Electrical information and emergencies
Website descriptions and photographs provide general information. They are not an assessment of your property or instructions for doing electrical work. Requirements depend on the installation and site conditions; obtain an appropriate professional assessment before acting.
For urgent electrical issues, call (705) 790-6008 instead of relying on a form or email. Immediate answering, dispatch or arrival is not guaranteed. We will confirm availability when you contact us.
For an immediate threat to life or safety, call 911. Do not wait for a website response or attempt unsafe electrical work.
4. Using this website
Use the site lawfully. Do not disrupt it, attempt unauthorized access, introduce malicious software, impersonate others or submit fraudulent or abusive material.
Only send information and photographs you are entitled to share. Avoid unrelated personal information, payment-card details, identification documents, passwords and access codes. You retain your rights in what you send. We use it to respond to your request or provide agreed services; sending it does not give us permission to publish customer photographs or use them in advertising.
Our branding and original content belong to AjM or are used with permission. You may view, print or share reasonable excerpts for personal reference with attribution. Do not republish protected material commercially or use our branding to imply an unauthorized relationship. Uses permitted by law are unaffected.
